READ BELOW TO FIND OUT WHY

IS IT IN YOUR HEAD?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You overthink, overanalyze, and constantly worry about things that are unpredictable and out of your control. This isn't because you're "anxious", it's because you're disconnected from safety.

You overcome this when you start trusting your body instead of believing everything in your mind. Creating a system where you listen to your body first and use your mind as a tool instead of your main leader.

IS IT IN YOUR GUT?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You overthink and overanalyze, but you also control everything around you. It feels as if you put things down, everything will fall apart. You feel love will leave you if you stop trying so hard. So you coach, you micromanage, you chase things when you need something, or you push people away and burn bridges when you feel hurt.

You overcome this when you learn that love is not earned, you're worthy of receiving support without having to give back. You're enough without having to prove anything.

IS IT IN YOUR THROAT?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You swallow your needs before they even become words or something you want to ask for. You're afraid to express your desires, you're walking on eggshells, even with a safe, non-judgmental partner. You say "I'm fine" even when you're not. You are scared to be misunderstood, judged, or shamed for what you truly want.

You overcome this when you learn that your voice doesn't threaten connection; it actually builds it. That a relationship can survive you having a need. That being known, fully, including the parts you're scared to say out loud, is what actually creates safety. Not silence.

IS IT IN YOUR SHOULDERS?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You say yes to everything and have a hard time saying "no". You take responsibility for things that are not your responsibility. Setting boundaries is difficult for you, so now you have so many projects, things to do, people to look out for, and think of. You have put yourself on the back burner, and it's starting to cause stress in your body.

You overcome this when you learn how to let things go, when you let people have their own experience, when you let people become responsible for their own pain. But most of all, you heal this when you start loving yourself more than you love being likable.

IS IT IN YOUR CHEST?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You not only judge others, but you're constantly judging and criticizing yourself. But you don't do it because you hate yourself, you're doing it to keep yourself safe. Your heart is closed and protecting itself. Your heart has been broken in the past, so now you tear yourself, or others, down before you have the chance to be hurt again.

You overcome this when you learn how to protect yourself in healthy ways through boundaries, expressing your needs, loving yourself, and letting yourself become truly loved by loving yourself first, so others can't walk all over you.

IS IT IN YOUR TAILBONE?

Your unconscious patterns are...

You live in survival mode in love. Your body stays braced, ready to run or fight before anything's even gone wrong. You struggle to actually rest in a relationship, because some part of you doesn't believe it's safe to fully land.

You overcome this when you learn that safety isn't something you have to stay vigilant to keep. You're allowed to actually rest in love, not just survive it..
